We ship the order by a trusted logistic partner. Even if the shipment is lost. We send the shipment again with the same item/product you order.
Shipment Damage
We ship the order in proper packing. Even if it gets damaged. You need to send that product/item to our office address. The reshipment courier cost of a product from the user side will be paid by us/raworiya.in/ We send again the new shipment by our shipping cost.

Return and Exchange of Product
Once you buy the product from us. We do not accept return products. We only return products if it’s damaged/not stitched/not pasted. And we ship new product. So we do not refund any payment once buy products from us.
